I'm not dead yet!
At least, I don't think I am. I registered for classes this morning, which is always fun. Registration opens at 6:00am, and if you do not get in early most of your classes will be full because they are the ones everyone wants. Fortunately I got in fairly quickly, 3 times. I got into SIS over the web once, registered for 1 class, and was kicked out with an error. I got back in, registered 2 more classes, and got kicked out again. Finally I got back in and registered the last 3 classes. Most evil! Here is my schedule for next quarter:

The security course should be interesting, as should Solar System Astronomy. Social Psychology was not my first choice, but it was open and will count towards my minor. Technology Transfer is a requirement and will give me much pain and agony - so be it. Since I have no classes on Thursday and only 1 class on Fridat at 10:00am, it is going to be VERY hard to get up Friday morning.
Needless to say, I've been very busy over the last month and have not had time to update my site. So lets see what I've been up to. I got almost all of my shopping done before Thanksgiving so I only had to spend about 4 hours battling the holiday crowds to find a present for Sir Gabbard, who was bastardly enough to get me something and be all giving and Christmasy, so of course I took it upon myself to find proper a proper gift for him, which, after many hours of searching in several stores, turned out to be an iron frying pan, a rubber mallet, a large funnel, and some velcro cable ties. Cassie and I spent a ton of time together and that was very nice. I received an excellent globe (all proper dictators of the world need to have one for world domination), a nice corded drill and accessories, money, gift certificates, tupperware, good socks (which are insanely thick) and underwear, chocolate, 5 lbs of Silly Putty from Mariah , miscellaneous other things, and the ArsDigita University course materials, which are available here.
